Ms. Cali Brooks

After working with nonprofit organizations in Southeast Asia, Central America and the United States, Cali returned to the Adirondacks on the staff of the HKH Foundation where she conducted a survey to assess the economic, social, cultural and environmental strengths of the Adirondack region. She then joined the Public Affairs office of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and co-founded the Wildlife Conservation Society's Adirondack Communities and Conservation Program. She has a BA from the Evergreen State College and masters from The School for International Training.

Ms. Andrea Grout

Andrea's passion for the Adirondack Region, the arts, volunteerism and her many years of experience with nonprofits bring a unique perspective to the community foundation. Just before joining ACT, Andrea worked at the Adirondack Museum in Blue Mountain Lake in the Marketing and Membership Departments. She then transitioned to Special Events Coordinator where her previous life as a floral designer and wedding planner served her well. Andrea has a BFA from State University of New York, Plattsburgh.

Ms. Beth Benson

For 10 years, Beth was the accountant for USA Luge Association; prior to that she worked for the Adirondack Economic Development Corporation and as a staff accountant for Douglas Hoffman and Associates. She brings her years of experience and high enthusiasm to the job. Her affiliations include Trustee of the Saranac Lake Free Library, Girl Scouts of Northeastern NY, Lake Placid Curling Club and the High Peaks Ringers.

Ms. Melissa Eisinger

Melissa brings twenty-nine years of experience in fundraising and administration in the nonprofit realm to ACT including The Adirondack Chapter of the Nature Conservancy and Adirondack Land Trust, The Nightingale-Bamford School, Choate-Rosemary Hall and Emma Willard School. She serves on the Board of High Peaks Education Foundation and an anonymous small regional foundation Board. In the past she served on the Keene Congregational Church Council; Town of Keene Planning Board, Little Peaks Preschool Board, Four Winds Environmental Education, Keene Food Pantry treasurer, Keene internet project volunteer, Keene Central School mentor and Crane Mountain Valley Horse Rescue mucker.
