To make a gift to the Adirondack Community Trust by check you have two options.
1. Make the check payable to: Adirondack Community Trust
If you know which particular fund you would like the gift directed to, please make note of such in the Memo section on the check. For example: The Jane Doe Memorial Fund. Or include a cover note with the check.
2. Make the check payable directly to the fund at ACT:
For example: The Jane Doe Memorial Fund at ACT

Charitable deductions:
If you itemize, your outright gifts of cash are fully deductible for federal income tax
purposes up to 50% of your adjusted gross income. If you exceed this
limitation, the excess may be carried forward for tax purposes for up to
five additional years.
